Check-In with Lakefront Cabin Rentals is truly the easiest! In fact, there is no office to stop by, and before you even leave for your vacation, you will already know where to go, how to get there and the key codes or key location to let yourself in. Because our paperwork is done before hand, and deposits & final payments are completed before your arrival, there is nothing more for you to do! One less stop before you check-in means you start your vacation earlier and you don’t have to fight traffic to our office.  Just another way we’ve streamlined our process to make your trip & stay easier.

Reservation Policies

Reservations are accepted online or by phone. To place a reservation online, start by Browsing Our Cabins and find one you like. Each rental cabin/home has an availability calendar (updated frequently throughout the day), and a reservation form right on the informational page to help make your accommodations search easier.  If your selection is available, fill out the reservation form at the bottom of the page & proceed with making your deposit. You can pay deposits with a credit card over the phone, or credit card/paypal account through PayPal’s secure payment system. You will receive a confirmation via email for online payments, and instant confirmation over the phone when you speak to our reservationist.

Rarely, double bookings can occur, we reserve the right to change rental assignments without notice or liability, in the event the unit is sold or becomes unavailable. In such cases, if comparable accommodations are not available, you may select from available properties or receive a full refund.

You are obligated to the dates you reserve. There will be no refund due to cancellation. If you need to reschedule 1 time only for serious reasons that will be permitted 1 time only. Early check-outs are nonrefundable. You must be responsible for your entire booking.

No Personal checks will be accepted. We accept visa, mastercard & paypal for deposits and a cashiers check, money order or cash for the remainder of the balance.

Rental Policies

Only number of persons permitted as stated on reservation form. If additional people are found you will have to vacate the unit immediately with no refund.

Lakefront Cabins will not be responsible for any items left in the units.

Any locked closets in homes are property of the owners. They are NOT included in the rental. Violators will be prosecuted.

No refunds due to road or weather conditions.

A reservation/service fee is added to every confirmed reservation

All homes are privately owned, so rates, descriptions, bed sizes, furnishings, etc. may change without notice, due to malfunctions or owner changes. We strive to maintain everything in good working order, but neither we nor the owner are obligated to give refunds for the failure or absence of any item, or for any public utility.

We cater to families and responsible adults and do not rent to students vacationing without adult supervision. Singles under the age of 21 not accompanied by a parent will not be allowed to register and will lose their deposit. Reservations made under false pretense will result in loss of deposit.

Pets are only permitted in selected rental units with a 50.00 nonrefundable pet fee, unless otherwise stated.

Rental unit furnishings are the property of unit owners. Do not move items from one unit to another.  All units have grills, cooking utensils, coffee makers, toasters, dishes, flatware, glassware, towels, pillows, bedspreads and bed linens. All have central heat and air.
Bring personal items, food/drink, coffee filters, paper towels, all paper products, all soaps napkins, foil, videos, hairdryer, lake towels.

Every unit is professionally treated for critters and bugs on a regular basis. However, occasional invaders may make their way inside.

Guests are responsible for damaged or missing items, and for extra cleaning fees, due to negligence or any action on their part.

Long distance calls can be charged to your calling card or your home phone.

Loud or obnoxious behavior is not allowed. Please be considerate of others.

Gas fireplaces will be shut off from May through September.

Rates, policies, unit ratings are subject to change without notice.

All deposit money will go into an interest bearing Escrow account.

Before making a reservation be sure to read and agree to all of our rental terms. Please also familiarize yourself with our Lake Levels Policies, as we are not responsible for Lake Levels controlled by the TVA.
