   We have recently upgraded our entire website and online reservations process. We have included more information & extensive photos on each cabin, more specific location information, an availability calendar & reservation form displayed right on the cabin page to save you from any extra clicking. We added an online chat feature which when we’re online and not on the phone enables you to chat with our reservationist real time, and leave a message while she’s away. Finally, we now accept deposits instantly online through PayPal, as well as over the phone as we have in the past. After filling out and submitting your reservation, you will be given the opportunity to choose which method you would like to use to pay your deposit. 

   We hope that these new features help to make your experience, including the reservations process easier, faster & help you to make better informed decisions about where you will be staying on your Smoky Mountain or lake vacation.

How to make reservations

Douglas Lake is a TVA regulated lake, and water levels will fluctuate. If you require a cabin with definite year round lake access, please be sure to refer to the cabin information page and our Lake Levels Policy which carries important seasonal updates. If your not sure or have questions, please feel free to contact us anytime by phone or by chat.
